In the 1940s, two American women, Isabel Briggs Myers and her mother Katharine Cook Briggs, made a test based on the work of Carl Jung to help people discover their personality type. This is known as the Myers & Briggs test. Here are just three examples of the 16 personality types:

We are not able to cancel subscriptions or issue refunds. Apple/Google handle all payments/refunds and subscriptions. Only you can cancel your subscription – we are not able to do this on your behalf.
On iOS
- On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap View Apple ID, you might need to sign in or use Touch ID
- Tap Subscriptions → So Syncd Gold
- Use the options to manage your subscription
You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.
If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On Android
- On your Android phone, go to the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu (☰ ) → Subscriptions → So Syncd
- Tap Cancel → tap Yes to confirm the cancellation
The status of your Subscription will have changed from Subscribed to Cancelled.
If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. How do I get a refund?
We are not able to cancel subscriptions or issue refunds. Apple/Google handle all payments/refunds and subscriptions. You must contact Apple/Google directly if you would like to request a refund.
Apple/iOS
- Go to Apple’s problem reports page, reportaproblem.apple.com
- Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password
- Select the Apps tab
- Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase you want a refund for
- Click on Choose Problem and select your problem from the menu
- Enter details about your problem and then click Submit
- You should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week with whether your request for a refund is approved.
