Hector Salamanca is an unhealthy ESTJ. He is a violent drug lord who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Hector is ruthless, manipulative, and completely lacking in empathy. He is also a very intelligent strategist who is always one step ahead of his enemies. Hector is an unhealthy ESTJ who represents the dark side of this personality type. ESTJs are usually very successful and respected people, and Hector is respected as a drug lord within the family business. However, he shows what can happen when their goals are not healthy or moral.
