Introduction

They find happiness together and eventually marry. However, they struggle to have children which puts strain on the relationship. Despite this, Dexter finds success by opening a deli-café.
Tragedy strikes when Emma dies in a bike accident. Overwhelmed with grief, Dexter resorts to drinking again. Three years after Emma’s death, Dexter is sober and revisits Edinburgh with his daughter to keep the memory of Emma alive.
