Today we look at 21 fictional ENTJ characters. ENTJs are the ultimate bosses. They know exactly what they want from life, and they will do whatever it takes to achieve their goals. It’s great to see female ENTJ characters are well represented in fiction. Female ENTJs often feel misunderstood in some ways because, as highly rational women, they don’t fit society’s gender stereotypes. However, most of the females on this list of ENTJ characters aren’t your typical villains, but instead strong character leads in their respective films and movies. These women are ambitious, strategic and inspirational. It isn’t always obvious at first, but they are extremely generous, and they will go above and beyond to help their closest friends and family achieve their goals. Take Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl for example, she isn’t perfect by any means, however she is fiercely loyal to those in her inner circle. Albeit if you cross Blair, you might want to leave the Upper East Side for a while, as her ruthless and stubborn personality traits can shine through.
From Harvey Specter, who always wears a suit and was obsessed with getting his name ‘on the wall’ at the law firm, to Cruella, whose goal was to become a top fashion designer, ENTJs like the finer things in life and are always aiming for the top.
Thomas Shelby (Peaky Blinders)
Tommy Shelby is the ultimate ENTJ. He projects an air of confidence and authority that makes people want to listen and follow. Tommy works as is a ruthless and logical patriarch of the Shelby family and who is leader of the Birmingham gansters. Tommy is goal-oriented, strategic and undeniably charismatic, using all these skills to manipulate, scheme and murder his way to the top.
Blair Waldorf (Gossip Girl)
Blair Waldorf is an ENTJ. She is the ultimate strategist who knows how people work and manipulates them or uses them to get what she wants. That doesn’t mean Blair doesn’t have emotions, she just bases her feelings and decisions on logic. Was Serena loyal to Blair when she slept with Nate? No, so Blair sought revenge, obviously!

When Mike doesn’t get involved, Harvey ignores his morals and isn’t interested in his clients’ innocence, he just wants to win in court. He is ambitious, charming and strategic. He loves the finer things in life and has trouble being open with his emotions, especially when it comes to love.

She manipulates and manoeuvres people strategically to ensure she stays at the top of Runway magazine. Miranda has high standards of herself and everyone her around her.
Christian Grey (Fifty Shades of Grey)
Christian Grey is an ENTJ. He is powerful and dominating billionaire. Christian is the CEO of his Grey Enterprise Holdings. He is ambitious and decisive. Plus, he is the master of getting things done and putting plans into action. Christian is also stubborn, ruthless and struggles with emotional attachment. Spencer Hastings (Pretty Little Liars)
Spencer Hastings is a more introverted ENTJ character. Spencer is the strongest, most intelligent and independent character in Pretty Little Liars. She is one of the most intuitive out of the PLL gang and uses this to connect previous clues to new clues. She then draws conclusions, although they’re not necessarily always right. She is future-oriented and ultimately has her end goal in mind when making decisions.
Sauron (Lord of The Rings)
Sauron was an ENTJ. Sauron was controlling and dominating. He ruled the lands of Mordor but his ultimate goal was to rule the whole of Middle Earth through the rings. His desire for power pushed him to rule over Mordor as the eye of Sauron and breed more orcs into his army to fight his battles.
Erica Sinclair (Stranger Things)
Erica Sinclair is an ENTJ. She is intelligent, logical and a mathematics genius. She is asked to help the gang but reminds them that America runs on capitalism and would only help in return for free ice cream at the end, driving a hard bargain from a young age and showing her ENTJ flare. Erica is confident and sassy, telling Dustin that “You can’t spell America without Erica.” Dustin encourages Erica to embrace her nerdy side as it’s something to be proud of.
Mike Wazowski (Monsters Inc)
Mike Wazowski is an ENTJ. He is ambitious, responsible and hard-working. Mike and Sully (the latter being an ISFP) are the direct opposite personality types. Mike is fully focused on achieving the highest number of scares, whereas Sully doesn’t like the idea of frightening kids at all.

Irene Adler is an ENTJ. Irene was ambitious and dominating, quite literally as she was a celebrity dominatrix. She uses this job to gain information on the secret activities of individuals and governments, further recording this on her phone and using it to extort people. Sherlock, an INTP, and Irene would be the perfect personality pairing. Sherlock had an admiration for Irene and she was his only real love interest in the series.
Frank Underwood (House of Cards)
Frank Underwood is an ENTJ. He is the extroverted counterpart to his wife, Claire, an INTJ. Frank is a stereotypical fictional ENTJ character. He is ruthless, stubborn and isn’t afraid to take calculated risks. He is focused on having power and control over people and will stop at nothing to get his way.
Violet Beauregarde (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
Violet Beauregarde is an ENTJ. She is fearless, self-confident and strong-willed. Violet frequently boasts about her achievements and says about herself, “I’m the world-record holder of chewing gum, I’m not afraid of anything.”

Olenna Tyrell is another Game of Thrones ENTJ character. As matriarch of the Tyrell family, she is strategic, logical and charismatic . She knows how to work her charm and uses both her strong-will and efficiency to get the best for her family. She wants Margaery, an ENFJ, to be Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. Olenna and Margaery are the ultimate pairing for charming and manipulating people.
Klaus Mikaelson (The Vampire Diaries)
